What if I, or others in my band, were members of a union at the time tracks were recorded?

If you, or any artist or musician on any track, was a member of an artists’ union or labor organization (like AFTRA/SAG or the American Federation of Musicians in the United States) at the time the track was recorded, do not submit that track (or tracks).  In entering into the Getty Images Music Contributor Agreement, you will be warranting that your tracks were not recorded under union jurisdiction and that none of the performers or musicians on the tracks was a member of a union at the time of recording.  This is important because it allows Getty Images to assure its customers that they can license music from us that is free of unknown future obligations.
