If I sign an agreement with Getty Images Music, can I work with any other music companies?

Article Tools

Absolutely. We encourage our Music contributors to pursue other avenues with their music. As the Getty Images Music Contributor Agreement is non-exclusive, you are able to provide your music to other non-exclusive distribution libraries.

In certain cases, a customer may want to have the exclusive right to use the music for a particular application, in which case we would deal directly with you to get your approval and negotiate such an exclusive arrangement. This may also include your pulling the track from any other distribution sources until the exclusivity has expired.
